Dear Sir I had booked tickets from Hyderabad to Vijayawada to travel on 14.10.2013 by train no.18646 by following PNR nos. in tatakal , whereas the train has been diverted through Nagpur and it has not going to touch Vijayawada, after enquiring with IRCTC on Secunderabad Station we have cancelled the tickets but it has been near 3 months the amount has not been refunded to our credit card account.
