I wabt to say that I booked my Indian Railways Ticket using IRCTC on 14 may 2013 with the transaction Id 0688233089 under PNR No 8313259267 from BRC to NDLS , GEN quota and class 2A. BUT as I was in the waiting list form 1 and half month so I cancelled it. After the cancellation I was waiting for the money to be refunded but still I have not got the money. KINDLY HELP.
