I rise request to reopen my tdr case.I book 4 tickets from Tirchendur to kumbakonam after chart preparation 1 ticket only conformed so i rise tdr request to tdr help desk but with out reason my tdr request is repudiated please look this query and kindly reopen my tdr case and refund my ticket booking amount. From railway side they respond The TDR filed against PNR Number 4116309568 with reason Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel. has been repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds SR due to reason ,TTE/GUARD CERTIFICATE NOT OBTAINED/SENT as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules
