Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket PNR no 2727352257 through IRCTC on 31-Dec-13, Date of journey was 31-Jan-2014, when we reached station then came to know that train was delayed for next day but IRCTC did not informed us for the same. Next day prior to going station we contacted 139 & reliazed that train was getting late by hour by hour, that time my wife was carrying six months pregnancy. So we have decided to cancel the ticket. Consequently i filed the TDR for cancellation of ticket on 01-Feb-2014, but after a span of more than 7 months i have not received my refund yet. And Indian railway has declined my request without any reason. So many times i contacted IRCTC but never get any satisfactory answer.
