Hi, I filed a TDR with IRCTC on 09- June – 2013. I have not recieved my refund yet. I have mailed scanned copy of TDR as well as original through courier The case is showing regreted. The case is pending since last 8 months and I have not recieved my refund yet. I have already sent the TTE certificate through e-mail and also through courier.
