Unfair deduction of balance from my RELIANCE Mobile – A Review

I am being very keen customer of Reliance Communication writing with very sad mood that I am totally get distraught due to inconvenient service by Reliance.From few months my balance is regularly deducted regularly.I had one if incident regarding this.Calling to 198 is totally waste of time and mind thats why I am writing the mail. On 16 FEBRUARY 2014 my balance is deducting against which again I had call the customer care.They said I am using internet but I it is not true I had already closed as previously my balance was deducted and they suggest the same.I had Rs. 111.36 approx in my account on 15 February 2014 night, around 11.00 am on 16 FEB. 2014 my balance was Rs. 39.40 approx.When customer care executive was unable to convinced me he transfer my call to his senior Akash (as told by him).He was also unable to convinced and then he also said If you suffering from this problem regularly you can port your number to another service.

Against this application posted to online Core Center and also to customercare@relianceada.com on 22 Feb 2014.Few days back a call came from Reliance Communication regarding acceptance of my application by Mr. Praveen may be from Mumbai.On 27.Feb.2014 my balance was get backed and same confirmed by Mr. Praveen and made assure to not repeat this in future.But after one day again my balance is start deducting.This time I had call to my mobile customer care i.e. to SAMSUNG INDIA to get confirmed is there any mistake in the mobile.I was get assured from there that my mobile is all right and it is a fault of service provider. Yesterday on 05.March.2014 my balance was again hugely deducted from around Rs. 84.20 to Rs. 39.15 immediately I had call to 198 around 5.10 pm I had get connected to BrijKishore from Delhi area but he was refused by saying server is down as usual.after one hour I had only Rs 0.07 balance being in stand by mode only.It is to be noticed I haven’t get any Complain Id any time as I had ask to all customer care executive.They refused to give me complain Id. Kindly give me good solution.It is not only mater of balance deduction it is regarding your service facility also.At last I would like to conclude that if Reliance Communication want some donation it can directly beg to their customer. This is really embarrassing.Deduction is still going on.I am helpless kindly help me and give me exact solution and solve my economical loss.
