i had booked ticket for 6 person in train no 12487 from khagaria to anand vihar for journey date 22 august.Only one of the tickets booked got confirmed. I traveled but rest of my co passenger did not.But IRCTC is not refunding my fare.I thought that they will refund the amount as they do when ticket do not get confirmed and name does not appear in chart.They are citing some rule and denying my refund. I want my full fare refund and 2000 extra as compensation because due to this i am mentally upset and it has affected my several job interview.
