I had cancelled my tickets on.13 february 2015 bearing PNR 6336882181 and 4303664458 For which i had to get rupees 3885/- and 4340/- but it is already more than 45 days i have not received any refund . I had already talked to the customer.support many times but no serious actions has been taken . The only reply the give is there is a technical problem . Secondly the behavior of customer support is rude . The status of my bank is shown as sent to bank but i have not received till date . Expecting a proper solution. I demand Refund of my amount.
