Hello ! I had filed TDR against PNR Number 4114911263 with reason Passenger Not Travelled. I had first made click on cancellation of ticket on the sunday, march 06. But cancellation was not possible as one message appeared before me on the screen that file TDR. That’s why I filed TDR (TDR filing time :Sunday Mar 06 11:23:08 IST 2016). I always opt first for cancellation rather than filing TDR directly. But since cancellation was not possible because IRCTC portal was not taking cancellation option and it was clearly mentioned before me to file TDR, that’s why i filed TDR to you. I was quite unhappy because My TDR had been straight away repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds. The Railway authorities should at least grant 50 % of the cost of ticket in the name of justice.
