I have filed a TDR on 15.03.2015 having Transaction ID 100000155108102 and PNR No. 6636787108 due to delay of train which schedule at 6.00 P.M. on 15.03.2015 from Patna. However, the Train started at 2.30 A.M. on 16.03.2015. Therefore, the delay was more than 3 hrs. Therefore, as per the rule full amount should have been refunded. However, Rs 245/- was refunded only against Rs 501.24. I have approached to IRCTC, via email, thrice from March 15, 2015 to April 15, 2015. They also responded but the refund has not been made which harassed mentally.

Refund of legitimate amount of Rs 256.24/- alongwith penalty as the forum deems fit.
