Vodafone Mobile – Restriction of Services

Hello Vodafone I am not sure if you even care about the customers. I have been using this number for quite some years now but now I feel I’ll have to quit your services and leave this number and if this happens please make a note ” No payment on this number (if any due) will be made. Jokers is what I feel you have hired in your customer services. Here is the issue I have been facing with you: 1) You change an IOIP number to COCP number without consent 2) Once you convert without information, you change the normal plan to roaming plan (149) although requested but when I asked you to change it back, you refused stating this is a COCP number ( I was not even aware about the company name) 3) After a lot of hand banging I receive the mail from Nodal that segment is changed to IOIP 4) Today I see that the O/g services are barred. Why the hell on this earth you barred when I have paid the outstanding amount (refer the bill alert and payment receipt message received at start of April) 5) When I called your customer care (wish they cared) the joker there said it’s a COCP connection. ha ha ha (back to square one). He was so adamant to know the full name of company even after I confirmed Prosell he wanted to know the full name and what bill plan I have. I understand you were verifying but wish you would have done your job properly and not converted my segment. You had so badly screwed my profile, how on this earth I would remember my rental plan. Now you barred my O/g when I needed it most. You have really spoiled my day today, thanks I had airtel to save me. I also know it’s difficult to convince and satisfy customers in service industry and I know it really well, having served Telecom for 3+ yrs now. Not sure if you have the seriousness to retain the customer but if you can resume my services asap, I might stay else.. Bye Bye. regards
