I booked tickets IRCTC in train 02864/YPR HWH PREMIUM to travel on 15th Oct …But this train was rescheduled on 16th Oct 5 AM .. So planned to travel on a different source . And when we tried to file TDR on 15th Oct the site wasn’t allowing to cancel/file TDR being it a premium train . So I had filed TDR on 16th Oct 7 AM . But Now the site shows it was filed Delay.. I mailed to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in and they replied I need to cancel it before start time while the site wasn’t allowing , how would that be possible ? When queried the same there is no reply from TDR team and was asked to reach to 03322303xx which is eastern railway dept .tried it and no one to answer the same . Please help me get the TDR filled and get refund.
