Dear Sir, i joined in AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE on 29/06/2011.My license no is 8676769 expired on 28/06/2014 and my Adviser code – Y11203424 . i requested AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE to issue me NOC. after one month later they say your license expired you have to renew it again after renew my license for past three month i ask my NOC to my branch manger, Training Manager and Sales Manager but they will not provide my NOC. Please try to get my NOC Regards

Sir, I regret to inform you that I am a General insurance agent in TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. I want to cancel or resignation from as IRDA agent for my future job. But the branch manager demanding money for registration or cancellation of licence. Sir, I want to know that is it legal or illegal. If it is illegal than how can I cancel or resign from the company. Please suggest me as soon as possible what can I do. Thank you.
