I have given a request for cancellation of my Advisor code from Star Union Dai Ichi Life Insurance on 25/06/2015 , but still my code is reflecting in IRDA portal after almost 6 months from the date of submission of the request . Still they have not taken any necessary action .I am Attaching the copy of the request which i have submitted to the Branch Head Mr Krishna Kishore M.
