My prepaid airtel mobile number is 9677085657. When ever an ads message is received in my mobile some amount is deducted automaticlly. As I have not opted any of such service this has been brought to airtel chennai customer care for immediate stoppage through my fellow friend. But customer care authority inclined to rectify it. Besides, they advised that subscriber’s request only will be entertained in such cases. Whenever I try to contact them I was told that it will be rectified shortly. But it has not been done till date. Kindy help me.
