Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Hitesh Nagpure and I hold learning License with number LL/252727/15.(Apllication No: 14789477 submitted on Jan 13, 2016 using Sarathi.nic.in) I gave my Permanent LMV test on 16th March 2016 from Nagpur (East)and got passed. RTO told me to go home as i passed the test and kept form/Documents with him. It has been more than 2 months, i didn’t hear from Department or received license at home as usual procedure. My father inquired about this, and now they are saying that after driving test, people need to sign confirming that they have given test. However nothing was mentioned in form or said to me during or after the test. Requesting you to please address this as soon as possible. I work in Bengaluru now and it’s not fair for me to travel all the way to Nagpur and reappear for test when already passed. On the other hand, who appeared for test on same day using agents/driving school by paying money got licenses. Requesting your attention and help here. Thanks Hitesh Nagpure 99702XX307
