irresponsible behavior of customer care

Dear sir
My No. Is 9676453670.i activated monthly 2 GB free net Browsing facility (98 Rs.)on 11/05/10,i got airtel message that my service is active,after that i used 1 hours net service,without any downloading but immediately 110 Rs amount deducted from my account balance, i have never called anywhere.afte that i call to customer care,they told net browsing is free and amount deduction not possible after that given meanother no. 198,but i tried so much they have blocked my customer care connection,what should i do.
