I had reserved a bus ticket(through online reservation) for journey from kumbakonam to coimbatore. The journey starting time was 20.40 (1.1.2013). But the bus never arrived the kumbakonam bus stand even after one hour. when the concerned authorities were asked, they never responded or gave false information. But i had to go to college the next day. so i caught another bus and went to my college, which made the trip longer. I have lost 199 rupees on reservation and the charge of reservation include 10 rupees. Also i was made to take a longer trip than it would actually take. i made phone calls to the concerned officer twice for which they never responded properly.
