Tata Indicom Landline / Broadband Connection

We applied for a Tata Docomo landline and broadband connection on 16th december 2012. The broadband connection was given on 21st December 2012. Since then we have had irregular connectivity. We raise a complaint everyday due to unavailability of network. The problem is resolved but the network fails again the next day. We are raising complaints everyday but have not received a permanent solution. Also, the landline connection has not been given. Tata made a deal with the construction company and has ensured no other phone or broadband company can give a connection here. The cabling has been laid at time of construction. Still they are not giving us a landline. we are unable to get help from Tata and are unable to get another provider.

We would like a removal of Tata docomo monopoly so that we can get a BSNL connection. If not, we want a long term solution.
