This is monisha.. im using ur prepaid account my num is 9677263*62 is was giving a complaint regarding my SMS booster pack.
Now i have recharge with Rs.60 SMS pack on DEC 1, but ur sending msg like ur booster pack will expire in 3 days.
while im enquiring this with ur customer care person Ms.Roseline inform that i have recharge with Rs.34 Booster pack then how could that iam getting msg like Rs.60 Booster will expire.
senior person will intract with me they told they will verif & call within in 4 hours. but its more than 5 hours.
i cant under wat kind of updations ur doing. every month iam facing problem in this sms pack.
