We purchased windows unlimited package for 5 years in Feb’13 from manashosting. The sales team was very prompt in catching the client & we were pleased with their response. But the problems started after paying them. At first we were not provided any login details & support to transfer website to manas. Somehow after raising tickets we got it. But the nightmare starts after that. First of all emails stopped working. We were not receiving any mails from our clients & the mails sent were not delivered to recipients. It started chain of conversations & tickets & online chat but no solution. Fed up with the situation we shifted email services to other service provider. This happened in Sept’13.
We have to pay extra for email services to another service provider but we had no option. Then came second problem, our website started inconsistent functioning. Sometimes it was functional & at times it was off the web. Again same route of ticketing…calls etc. But there was no solution in sight. Finally in dec’13 our website was completely off the web & stopped working. The solution provided to us by manas hosting was to transfer it to new server since there was congestion on existing server. Again no website transfer support. DNS, URL & CPanel details kept changing every time we tried to upload the contents. This continued till last week of Jan’14. Finally DNS, a URL & CPanel details were provided & we were asked to upload the contents. Surprisingly FTP login was disabled due to some security reasons???. Somehow we transferred the contents to new server through zip files but to no avail. Till now our website is not functioning & reason is best known to manas hosting. Now they have started asking for paid technical services in order to solve the problem created by themselves only. Our account details with manas are: Customer id:-PEM-3960806-1804 & I-pin:- 1747.
