I have lost my Mobile on 10/12/2011 which was having the SIM card no. as 9552554165 but as it was in roaming so I cannot able to block my mob. no. nor got the duplicate SIM on the next day but anyhow later on I have blocked my Mob. no. Now, when I came back to Maharashtra I supplied the all the suitable documents to the Idea care person named gurjeet whose no is 9922002127 on 24/1/2012 but till date my my mobile no. is not activated I also visited the Idea Customer care office but they are saying me that my no. is blocked since 19 july 2011 & also registered on the name of K senthail when I showed my nov 2011 postpaid idea bill but still they are not believing & giving me the wrong assurance that my mob. no. will activate within 2-3 days.
