I have purchased samsung galaxy y handset on 11th jan 2012 and have airtel postpaid connection with 249=00 rental plan ,offer is being displayed with airtel .in website about handset offer that with samsung galaxy y of 500 mb 3G data for the 1st month and for rest 12 month 100mb data but after talking with customer care , I have not received any satisfactory answer and not received the offer till date complain is being with customer care which they told will resolve within 23rd jan but nothing is being done . therefore request you to please do the needful with regards
