Hi, I have booked a jacket from http://www. italianotucci.com/. Since the site is not listed in above list, selected on randomly. Actual site is http://www. italianotucci.com Got the jacket delivered and found that the fittings are not as mentioned. Hence wanted to return the product and get the refund as assured in their portal.

As mentioned in the site, 1. tried return option online in portal 2. tried creating support ticket in portal. 3. tried calling numbers provided in portal 4. tried sending instant messages in portal. But no response for anything. They used to respond for instant query options in portal until the shipment was delivered. Now no response for any queries. Order ID: 7554 Please suggest a way forward. I would prefer to have the money refunded after taking back the jacket, as assured in their portal.
