i have placed an order Jabong of red casual shirt on 6th December which was @ 627.90 rupees and paid the money through net banking. After 8 days on 14th December i got a call saying the product is not available and the moneyis refunded. now, the reasons they say for the cancellation of the product are. 1. We called you for 3 days after your order was placed, but were unable to reach you. So, had no choice but to cancel your order. i didn’t get any call right from the beginning. the next day i got another message in my account is that 2. we faced an unavoidable circumstance and we couldn’t dispatch the product. then i called the customer support about the circumstance and they say: ** the product is not meeting their quality check and hence cancelled. ** but the brand is a very reputed one and the irony is they are selling the shirt for 1195 rupees. if the quality is not meeting their standards then why they have listed the product on the website.
compensation for mental humiliation and fooling and holding my money with you for more than a week. compensation for alleging blame on my part and not giving definite reason for the cancellation of the order.
