order id 16071450 7472365 placed on July 14 to be delivered by July 22 has not been delivered as yet. the website shows delay delivery, no notification from the company about the order post that. Payment has been made in advance of INR 8700. Complaint registered with chief manager, sent multiple emails. Received a call from Chief Manager desk, they don’t even know that their logistics partner (Shadow Fax)has refused to send the order. Multiple orders of Jabong are pending and complaints raised on their websites and other online forums.

Money blocked by their fraud, if Jabong does not deliver products. Mental harassment. Customer care does not answer calls and no response to multiple emails. Money refunded in my bank account and no Jabong credits. OR my product delivered asap.
