Jabong Services Go Down after Takeover by Flipkart

Hello,
I am Mittalkumar Patel. I Ordered EGOSS black formal shoes from Jabong on 30th July.My order ID is : 16073030 6535127. It was estimated to be delivered on 4th August.But there is no tracking after 2nd August. There is no proper reply from your customer helpline number.Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I want this order to be delivered as soon as possible. Have Jabong Services gone down after takeover by Flipkart or was it a distressed sale to Flipkart ?
