Jabong Shopping Experience – Torturing

I have purchased two item from Jabong i.e. “Oxemberg Brown solid casual Jacket” & “Park Avenue socks” on 24/02/16 having Order Id:160224593634293. But on receiving no response from them and on non shipment of the “Oxemberg jacket” purchased for my father’s as a Birthday Gift, even after 5 days from the order placed, I called Jabong Customer care at 0124-6128000 and asked about reason of non-shipment of the Jacket and they told me no to worry your item will be dispatched within 48 hrs. (this is the starting of my harassment by Jabong and they started harassing, lying me, providing fake assrance as they knew that I cannot reach them and hence what they planned they started doing and thus ignore or my plea from this moment).

But again non-receiving of any status of the item and non-shipment of the item even after 8 days from the order date, I emailed to Jabong customer care on 2nd Mar 2016 at 07:48 PM and asked that “I have ordered the product on 24th FEB 2016 but 8 days has already been over but still you have not ship “Oxemberg Brown solid Casual Jacket”. Also you shows no concern about non-dispatching of the product rather on calling, you informed me that updated status will be informed within 2nd March 2016 (please look for the telephonic conversation between us has been recorded at your end on 28/02/2016) but still not received.”. But they did not respond to my email as well as shipment not done till that day and hence started deceiving me. At last of not getting any response from Jabong Customer care, I emailed to their chief manager on 3 March 2016 7:58 PM asking “about the negligence towards my issue even after request towards Jabong Customer Care over phone/email for shipping the “Oxemberg jacket” and also non-response by the customer care against my email for non-informing or awaring regarding the status of the order”. The chief manager in returns email apologies me and assured of initiating investigation for non-shipment of the Jacket and commit for the best resolution. But on 4th March 2016 05:50 PM on seeing an update in my Jabong apps that “product could be dispatched due to some unavoidable ciscumstances and hence they have nothing but to cancel the order” , I called Jabong customer care on 06:10 PM and asked query regarding this update. The customer care executive “Palash” told me that not to worry as again an update received at their end on 06:00 PM on 03/03/2016 that a special request has been sent to vendor as an exception to dispatch the item within 48 hrs which is as per discretion of chief manager(as I request to chief manager in my email on 03/03/2016 for a resolution). On 04/03/2016 amazingly shubham (on behalf of chief manager desk) called me on 02:10 PM(approx) called me and asked apology for not able to deliver the item as it is unknowling cancelled and he has no proper reason for that but he will asked his team to make a proper query and will response with in 24 to 48 hrs. I asked “no need to query as I am not going to receive the product but why you can’t deliver where as yesterday your executive palash told me that it is a speial request from your chief manager to let the item be delivered with in 48 hrs?” He showed no interest but said “as it is cancelled hence nothing can be done”. I asked for any compensation for this 10 days harrasment, Keeping the money for this 10 days,spending money in calling Jabong.com but only fake assurance receivced with null resolution”. He said that “he cannot do it as it is against company’s rule”. So, above I stated the horrible phase I have gone through and this not happened with me earlier with any online retailers but only happened while transact with JABONG. Money spent, embarrassed but no resolution even on complaing to the chief manager who is also a nodal person and if his/her request to vendor’s not become fruitful and if his CC executive cancelled the order over his approval then what is chief manager’s discretion or importance in Jabong? If chief manager also provide fake promise, lying with me along with Jabong CC then where should we move for justice.

Also they are not providing any compensation value for the harassment, even money won’t be initiated before 4 days (as per Jabong CC). This experience with Jabong is really bitter and they taking the advantage of non-reachable to them by the customer, their deceitful business not new and they cheat many customer’s like me for a long by lying, provding fake promise and intacting money to them in terms of order placed and in this way they mushrooming a dreadful business.Thus I request the grievance redressal committee to take serious step against Jabong that in future they should think twice before cozening any customer. I cannot bear anymore this mental torture, cheating, deceitful harassment by Cozen-er, betrayal jabong . PLEASE PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AGAINST JABONG AND STOP THEIR MISCREANT, MALICIOUS, DECEIVING ACTIVITY AND SAVE CUSTOMER LIKE US TO GET RID OF TRAP BY JABONG
