Jabong Shopping – No Product Delivered, No Refund

Hello Sir, I booked an order no.160717 629684413 on 17th July 2016, promised to be delivered before 26th July. They wrote an email on 30th July stating: We regret to inform you that the delivery of your Order 1607176 29684413 has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be assured that we are constantly in touch with our logistics partner and will take the best efforts to deliver your order soon. We will update you with the status of your package, once we get the details from our courier partners. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Thanks for choosing Jabong as your shopping destination!! At Jabong, We Care, Team Jabong Since then I have been trying to contact them on customer care and have been writing emails too for either delivery of product or cancellation to refund my amount, but none is responding. Kindly assist me to get my refund.
