I hereby inform you that I have purchased Fujifilm Digital Camera Model No-52950 on date-04.07.12 from the shop of Moonlight Studio/ Sitabuldi/ Nagpur -440012 as per Bill No-1664 and most probably it was not a VAT Bill. He has issued me faulty cells which was replaced by the Moonlight Studio on date-22.12.12. Secondly, the Camera was itself faulty from the date of purchasing as ” Lens control error ” but the Moonlight Studio was denying while I have attended his shop for several times and at last on date-12.04.14, , he has repaired my Camera with the cost of Rs.6450/- with faulty Bill and within the warranty period of 02 years from the date-04.07.12 but the Camera was still faulty. i have told Moonlight Studio again for several times but he was denying. Then I have issued Letter Nos-AKD/15/07 dated-10.01.15 & AKD/15/23 dated-13.02.15 but he has replied for the same. I have sent e mail twice for the same but he has not replied. I therefore request you kindly arrange to refund Rs.11000/- + Rs.6450/-, i.e. total Rs.17450/-.
