Samsung Galaxy – J 7 Faulty – No Service – Review

Background: since the time I have purchases this Phone, I have been continuously visiting to the Service center. The recent apathy: The recent case has certainly brought me to my senses and has clearly demonstrated Samsung’s intent. They’re simply out to MAKE MONEY and literally intent to CHEAT customers. 1st Visit within 1 month (11th Jan’16) – Hang issue.

I went to the service center, they just updated the software. 2nd Visit (7th Mar’16) – I started facing Echo Problem during Outcall / Incall and battery issue. Service Center did not do anything just Updated the software and acknowledged that Battery is not available. 3rd Visit (19th Jun’16) – I started facing Echo Problem during Outcall and battery issue. Service Center did not do anything just Updated the software and acknowledged that Battery is not available. 4th Visit (31st July’16) – I went to the service Center for Battery and Software upgradation but unfortunately they were again empty hand. Still Battery is not available and they did not have 6.0 Marshmallow for upgradation. Please note – 3rd Visit Data is not available with the Service Center. They simply denied that I (Customer) did not visit at Service Center. This is really surprising and shocking that Samsung even not tracking customer visit in service center. Service Center is just showing their excellence in front of the company but they never show complete picture. When I asked Service center executive to provide my entire history than as expected they started sending me here and there then asked me for wait for approx 1:30 Hours to just provide my Visit jobsheet details. This is a kind of demonstration of Best Customer services.

I wanted to speak to the floor manager but they simply denied that Manager is not available however he was inside the Room. · I wanted my entire jobsheet details but there was no onc who could take an ownership and provide me details. · Rude Behavior by Service Center Executive. They actual donot know how to speak to the customer. · I got a 6.0 Marshmellow update but Samsung Authorised Service center does not have to update it. There is a patience level in all consumers that should ideally not be tested by the companies. As you know we have many choices and an item as trivial as a mobile are available a dime a dozen. If the company thinks that we are a bunch of fools who would digest these kind of excuses then I think it is mistaken. I can’t afford to stick on with such a customer unfriendly company any longer. This would definitely be the end of all links with the company for me and for my family and friends whose choices I can influence. I would also go legal for the same as it is actually serious harassment for customers. To summarize: 1. Samsung rates, according to me, as one of the WORST Brands in the world, given the way they have treated, and continue to treat me. I am not looking for further pain. I Want my Money Back.
