Jabong Shopping Payment Gateway Failure UnREsolved

The problem is that, during payment of my order for 3 T-Shirts on 7th August 2016 8:00PM, twice i received Payment Failure Msg in response after all the steps. But the amount has been deducted from the Bank Account, that also twice. I want you to please take quick action & look into the refund process. Kindly look into this issue with high priority. “Payment is deducted twice from the Bank, still no Transaction Confirmation Mail/ Msg from Jabong, instead Payment Failure is returned by the Payment Gateway.”

An amount of Rs.1039 x 2 i.e Rs.2078/- has been deducted from my Account. N order also is not confirmed from jabong. Also I have been calling the number 2-3days almost 40-50times but the number is non-responsive. Also I sent mails to Jabong.com but I didnt not get any response/reply from their side till now. No Call/Mail/Msg nothing & TollFree number is useless.

I want a refund of full amount Rs.2078 from Jabong.com OR Confirm delivery of my order of Rs.1038.60 & refund of Rs.1038.60 from Jabong.com, as the payment was deducted twice.
