Jabong Shopping – Product Not Delivered, No Refund

I placed the order for puma 917 lo2 dp navy blue sneakers (order # 160717212738903) on jabong.com on 19th july and the expected delivery date was 23rd july which was later extended to 27th july however i have still not received my product nor did i get any call or update regarding the same. The last update which i can see on the website that the delivery was unsuccessful and the product has been returned to warehouse. for more information pls contact the customer service on 01246128000 or email to care@jabong.com. I sent the jabong customer care an email on 3rd of Aug to know the status of my product however i haven’t received any acknowledgement or response despite several follow up emails. I also tried to contact jabong on the mentioned customer care number several times but my call always goes in waiting and then it automatically disconnects after 10-15 minutes. I am feeling very frustrated as jabong customer care neither responds nor they have intiated the refund yet. I am feeling cheated as i can’t find a way to get my money back.

This has led to mental harassment as i neither got my product nor i am able to get my money back.
