The House was suppose to be delivered before 31st March 2012 , Then Got a mail that the project is delayed in May and will get in Sep 2013 & There is No Response from the Builder as to when the handover date is the Amount paid was on Aug 2011 when the date was 15 Months and now its like 26 Months and there is no confirmation

I am paying EMI of 16971 every month for the last 26 Months …and there is a financial loss and mental strain

All i am asking is the Exact Handover Date and with the Interest that i paid to the bank because of the handover delay
