Dominos – false promises and false information given

Hi, I placed an order online on dominos website on 2nd October 2013. After the payment was made, the system was not able to place the order in kitchen. I got a mail saying that there will be a refund the amount of 877.22 rupees for the transaction number nb-2c885137. I tried to place the order again and the same thing repeated. Could not place the order on kitchen and refund of 883.19 rupees for the transaction number nb-d5a3f308 in 7 working days. No action was taken even after 7 working days and i filed a complaint on dominos website multiple times. The latest complaint number is 204012. On Friday 12th October 2013 i got a call saying that both the amount was already credited to my account and the gave me some transaction and reference numbers. But when i check my bank statement, i dont see any money being credited. Not sure whats up with these guys. Even after raising multiple requests they are so irresponsible and dont care to refund the money for two transactions. Previously they delivered an order after 2 hours and promised to give a refund and they failed to live up to that too. Its a very unreliable system and this is not the first time that i am going through this. It been close to two weeks now. Kindly look into this and refund my amoiunt ASAP.

Refund the entire amount and compensation for not having addressed the issue as promised within 7 working days.
