Jeeves Home Appliance / Mobile Poor Service

I am surprised when brands like flipkart are choosing Jeeves as service agents since their service is worst. They don’t know to diagnose the issue nor they are able to provide valuable feedback to the customer. The service guy from Udupi (Harish) spoke nonsense when I asked him for a refund due to s/w bug in the newly bought Iffalcon 40F2A. Instead of replacing/ refunding they did a factory reset and still the issue is not fixed. Again upon contact Harish Claims that the issue did not popup when the agent visited my house. I showed him a video proof which he denied saying it was 2 days old. I also proved it to him that it was a known issue since I have found few videos/ reviews online where customer reported the same issue. Even after all this that guy went on speaking like a maniac and repeated the same lines. I felt I was being deceived by TCL/ Iffalcon/ Jeeves. Here Flipkart was not able to helpme as well.
