Jet Airways – Change of flight time Poor Customer Service

Dear sir, I booked a ticket from port Blair to new Delhi vide pnr LDEVZX dated of journey 14 Sep 14. I got two sms for change of landing time at Delhi which is 2100 at International airport.My onward journey from New Delhi is 2210 .Which seems impossible for me because as per itinerary there are two Old age passenger and one infant.It is too difficult to get a train by 2210 at New Delhi because time from claiming baggage to reaching at railway station which is approx 30 Km.I asked for prep one my ticket on 13 Sep 14 they gave me verbal assurance on 28 July 14 and ask me to send train ticket which has been sent name day but could not get any reply .I ask about this so many time and different executive and manager but nothing could be done .At last they told me please amend your ticket by paying on website now days fare per passenger is above 18000 and when I booked it was 5400 per passenger .They told me one more thing that We have policy that delay should be one hour. I am feeling very helpless as I have not done anything wrong but we will have to suffer.

Please prep one the ticket on 13 Sep 14 on same flight and same route or give me 62000 rupees so that I can change .Besides this I want compensation for mental agony and charges for my phone call .They have made me fool lots of time by saying different statement. I was very depressed and in stress kindly see this matter.
