Jet Airways – Full refund not credited

Dear Sir, I book a flight from Lucknow to Delhi for 21st of November 2014 through IRCTC. Transaction Id–5000904768 Due to delay in flight the reservation was cancelled by me after getting a full refund acknowledgment from Jet air ways counter at Lucknow (scanned copy attached). But the money I was refunded is not the full. Now as per IRCTC reply dated 29th Nov 2014 they quote- “And that time full refund remark not passed by the airline so we have refund you after the deduction of cancellation charges. Now you are sending us that you have already cancelled the ticket from Lucknow Airport. Kindly ask the airline people regarding your remaining amount. If they will give us remaining amount then we will give you full refund.” As per jet airways reply they quote- “With regards to your email, since this is not an online booking done through our website www.jetairways.com we regret being unable to assist and request you to kindly get in touch with your travel agent you will have to contact his sales representative and assist you further had it been a ticket booked on our website we would have been able to help you.” Both the emails had been sent to both the parties but it seems they are using me as a football for their entertainment.
