I had a flight booked on 29th April 2014 for the following day ie. 30th April 2014 booking reference # ZWUQKC for flight S2 3847 e-tickect # – 705 21 6376 3757, I have reached on time.. at the checking counter 50 min. before the depature of the flight… and have been informed that the flight is overbooked and i dont have a seat.. they told me to wait stating that the flight is delayed and were seeking options for some passengers to seek refusal boarding and provide that seat to me … for which i waited but in vain i did not get the seat…they gave me a lounge tickect and compensation for not providing a seat which is CONFIRMED, i have denied any of them Refund and Compenstation … i have filed an online complaint with complaint ref. number 88865.3.2014 to the below website http://www.core.nic.in/.
need a compenstation for the losses which is 5 times to what i have paid, please note.. i dont need tickect vouchers for your Airlines as i would not be boarding your Airlines again
