My incomming and outgoing facility not working I am using Reliance prepaid number since last 6 years and I have converted my number 9026412xxx from prepaid to postpaid on 3-may-2014 , Verification and everything is done number activated but my incoming facility not started. My first complain number is 219904658 and 48 hours have passed but issue not resolved. My second complain number is 219979892 but issue not resolved. My next complain number is 220037502 but issue not resolved. My next complain number is 220084026 but issue not resolved. My outgoing facility is started on 8 may after a lots of complain, and incoming facility started on 11 may after a lots of complain. but billing they have calculated from 3rd May-2014 and they told me billing will be calculated the day your incoming and outgoing facility started

Correct billing, billing should be calculated from the day my incoming and outgoing facility started
