I have been booked the ticket from bangalore to mumbai for 03/08/2014 on 21/07/2014 but my pnr was yet to generate and been told that it will be generated within 30 min but still the travel date it was not been generated and still my refund also has not been credited which was booked by debit card , i contacted since the booking was made but no representative responded…. I NEED MY REFUND BACK ASAP else I will file a complaint with the consumer court of law.
