At that time i complaint to the Dealer and they said that to rectify the problem and asked the time for clearing the issue. But still saying rectify the issue and expecting money to solve the issue. SIR/MADAM. I have generated Jio bar code in my newly bought Redmi 3s Prime 4G mobile phone by using my friend”s vifi facilated phone. I have not installed any sim in my mobile phone so far. On submitting the the bar code (55542355869) to the Relience show room who is delivering free Jio sim, says that the sim is already in use and guided me to contact 18001033951 or 18008899333 for help.I tried these numbers several times but in vain. My mobile number is 9865XX4469.
