Dear sir/madam,

I received the two coupons of Rs. 500/-. But when i came to shop again on dated 02nd September 2018 (Reliance trend near Mhatre bridge near NAl stop) for its redemption, then your representative was not accepting for redemption against hand bag; and telling that its comes under accessories items. But such thing was not mention on coupons regarding hand bag comes under accessories.

I request you to be specific from next time. Its not the way to treat a customer. Because I came long way from Khadakwasla for redemption against the hand bag of worth Rs. 2500/- But it couldn’t happen.
