I have registered my complaint today regarding internet speed which is as slow as 2G . I have a Bsnl user last 7 years but after i purchased a jio then i will ported my bsnl number to jio. Now in my hometown there is no network and also Data power. I have already called 2-3 times relating this issue but no response from your side .So only one thing please solve my complaint if the problem is in our area there is no tower for u please contact bsnl or vodafone cellular service they had tower in my home town area then ok.
