I have applied for a Reliance Jio Connection on 29.2.2016 and got the SIM on the same day. Also got the confirmation message. After waiting for 5 days I have enquired why it is not activated. I have been told that the document I have submitted is lost and asked to submit afresh. On 6.1.2017 have submitted the documents again and got a new SIM. The same is also not activated. They do not have any information why it is not activated they have given me the third SIM about 14 days back. The same is also not activated. When I wrote a mail to ‘care@jio.com’ I have been contacted by a Reliance Jio executive on 21.2.2017 and assured me that they will send a person to collect documents and deliver a new SIM. But the person never turned up. I have submitted my CAF and collected my SIM from- Goswami Commercial Below Hotel Prag Continental M L Road, Panbazar Guwahati -781001 Assam

I have purchased sim No.-7014281435 ( Sim No.-89918680400003597560) on Friday dated-23/09/2016.but still its not Activated my Offer code also Redeemed. Now what will i do ? Requesting to you please Make my SIM activate so that i can use this SIM.
