dear sir/maam, this is to inform that i have ported my two numbers from docomo to jio on 2nd feb 2017, i was been informed that i vil be recieving the both sim within a week, but i never recieved , after that i recievd a sim which they told amit yadav and sachin from hisar model town that the sim i recieved was wrong sim and soon will be sending you the right sim , then i called several times but no one responded , on 11th feb i was been told that my sim amit yadav had handed over to bus conductor to deliver me . bus reached panipat at 10 in night and bus conductor ask me to pay him 500 rs then only he will give me the sim, i refused and called amit yadav to which he replied and ask me to pay bus conductor and take the sim . sir i refused to do that , and ask you to take the right step against such staff and your such unprofessionalism. kindly reply, i am still waiting for my sim since 10 days.
