I am user of jio net 4G and i m facing some problem in net speed from past 2 -3 days. That is why i called jio customer care atleast 4 times. Which initially connected me to call with their representative but no one picked up the call. I have been holding the call for 3 to 4 mins every time.. but no one replied the call. Now what is the use of customer care when no is available to take calls. This is very annoying.

From the time I have recharged rs 99 and 303 Jio has become worse than before. Even if i dont browse it shows that my data limit per day has exceeded. Please fix this.
