From last seven months I have recharged my jio number three times of 449,99 and again 449. Still I don’t get good internet speed. I got around 40 -90 kbps mostly. The customer care always said its the network issue or many user are using the jio service that is why speed is slow. I have tried in different places but no solution i got.

Dear Sir/Madam, JIO’s internet service is very bad and the service which is provided is not better against the money they are charging. Kindly take appropriate action. Thanks, Manjunath K C

In Jawahar Navodya Vidyalaya, Raipur, Parbhani Maharashtra India, Here aprox 100 peoples are using Jio, but there is no any network. So please solve this problem as early as possible.
