I have taken jio sim on 01-09-2016 and one month gone and had not activated. The order no is NO0000 JDYRH a . When I visited to the store my previous filled document not found ,then get a new sim on 09-10-2016 with same barcode . They told me that this will activate within 4 days and not yet happen so. Very very bad service from jio store Survey, Beltola, Guwahati . What to do now ? Worst service.
