This is kishor patil here. I had taken jio sim last week at that time jio employee said that your card will activate within 2 days. You will get the call from verification department Mumbai. I didn’t get any call from verification department .I went 5 times in jio shop they told me that jio customer care didn’t support. you have to raise online complaint. My request number is 8792.please do the needful.

Sir I have bought reliance jio 10 day ago but my sim is not start when I call to costumer care they always been old that your sim will start in 48 hrs but after 48hrs the sim was not started please help me I am helpless Jio sim no-797XX32526 My order no -00000cvw9j For this I will always thankful to you .
